Need a Size Swap?

We understand that choosing the right size for your camera bag can sometimes be a bit tricky. But don't fret! We're here to make it right. If you find that you've got the wrong size, no worries. We're happy to exchange your bag for the correct size, as long as it's unused, still has the tags attached and within 14 days.

Just drop us a line at hello@pocadesigns.com with your full name and the size you'd prefer. We'll then provide you with a return number and the return address. Please note that we can't cover the cost of returning the item for a change of mind. 

Received a Faulty Product?

Oh no, that's not good news at all. We're truly sorry for any inconvenience. If you've received a faulty product, please reach out to us at hello@pocadesigns.com. We'll swiftly organize a replacement for you, ensuring you have the perfect, problem-free camera bag in your hands. We'll provide you with a return label and ship you out a new replacement at no charge.
